Adult MMA Schedule:

Friday: 6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Kids MMA Schedule:

Tuesday: 5:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Thursday: 5:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.


In order to take this class, you must have Kickboxing & Jiu-Jitsu experience.


For this class it is required to have:

- Both MMA Gloves / Kickboxing Gloves

- A Mouthpiece

- Head Gear (Optional)

- Shin Guards (Muay-Thai Shin guards are allowed)

(We will be requiring elbow pads soon so best to purchase some ahead of time.)

These items are a requirement and essential to MMA, you cannot take the class without all of the proper gear. We do sell MMA gloves and shin pads, so please feel free to ask us if you are interested in buying!
